I very much enjoyed my initial Ayurveda consultation with Practitioner Sonja. The treatment space is lovely and calming and comfortable. The questions asked were thought provoking and I found it interesting how the "seven pillars" work together to create a balanced and healthy lifestyle when they are balanced. I am looking forward to discussing the recommendations that Sonja will provide, so that I can begin introducing some things to help my health and life balance.
