This initial two-part consultation offers a comprehensive introduction to Ayurveda and a personalized path toward balance and lasting wellbeing!
What’s included:

Initial 1.5-hour session: begins with a guided meditation and visualization, followed by a thorough health intake to understand your unique needs and goals.
1-hour follow-up session (within a week, included in the package): a detailed review of your recommendations, with guidance on what to begin implementing over the next 3–6 weeks.
Your customized plan may include:
-Diet and lifestyle adjustments
-At-home self-care practices
-Suggested body treatments
-Supportive movement and breathwork techniques.

Additional 45 minute follow-up consultations can be booked separately to help you continue to stay on track to optimum health!
